If you are noticing a Windows service called NTcache.exe on your computer, then you have the SavingsCool adware installed. When SavingsCool is installed, it will create a Windows service called Network Cache Manager, which loads the ntcache.exe executable when Windows starts. This program is then used to monitor your system for whether it is still configured to SavingsCool proxy server and as part of the ad delivery process.
